CRM Retention Manager
Location - Remote (will be required to be in Milton Keynes once per week)
Description - As our newly appointed CRM Retention Manager, you'll be the "cheese" to our success story in customer lifecycle. You'll lead the charge in developing and executing "award-winning" retention strategies that create experiences so good, they'll have our customers coming back for "slice after slice." Your role is as vital as the secret ingredient in our sauce, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through our campaigns across email, app, SMS, and more. We're all about making data-driven decisions, so you should have the "doughtermination" to find improvements, whether they're as big as our Large pizzas or as small as a pepperoni. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you'll be their trusty sidekick, helping to bring test plans and results to life through storytelling that'll make even our stakeholders hungry for more insights into our active customers' behaviour.
Salary Range (Optional) - Up to £40k depending on experience
