Marketing Manager for Electric Vehicle App, PlugShare
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and implement compelling campaigns across email, push notifications, web, app, and social media channels. These campaigns should effectively communicate our value proposition, encourage user engagement, and drive desired user actions.
- Utilize CRM Solutions: Own our customer communications calendar and leverage CRM solutions such as Braze, SendGrid, or other relevant platforms to create targeted and personalized marketing communications. Optimize these campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop high-quality marketing content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with PlugShare's messaging.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Support, to align marketing efforts with company goals and drive cohesive strategies. Partner marketing experience is a plus.
- Metrics and Analytics: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, user engagement, customer registrations, and check-ins. Utilize data to make informed
- decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.
- User Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase user engagement and create a positive user experience. Implement innovative strategies to increase user retention and loyalty.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to increase PlugShare app engagement and boost traffic to public charging networks via our customer touchpoints.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the EV charging market.
- B.A in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer mobile or clean energy
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing channels, including email, push notifications, web, app, and social media
