Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager

CMA are looking for a CRM Manager to join the MarTech team and support the expansion of CRM services. If you enjoy solving problems for a portfolio of Braze clients, we're keen to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage a portfolio of customers to successful outcomes
  • Build and deploy omnichannel Engagement campaigns
  • Design and implement testing strategies
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to quickly understand their business and technical goals for using new platforms, building credible relationships throughout the customer organization, from senior staff to end-users
  • Audit customer’s engagement tactics and identify areas for improvement
  • Validate product use-cases and assess technical feasibility for a successful product launch
  • Assist new customers in achieving effective and efficient SDK and API integrations
  • Resolve technical issues reported by customers during both the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment phases, providing effective solutions

Who you are:

  • You have 1+ years experience with Braze
  • You have 2+ years experience in a client-facing work environment
  • You have excellent analytical, problem-diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills with the desire and ability to identify, and help implement changes
  • You can quickly understand customer needs or issues and deliver clear and concise responses
  • You have domain knowledge on at least one of the following: APIs, SDKs, or Basic Programming (HTML, SQL, etc.)
  • You are a proud holder of at least one Braze certification!
 
Salary Range:
45k-55k
