Job Description
Location: London, with travel to new markets
Employment Type: Full Time, 6 month - 12 month fixed term contract
This is a newly created opportunity within the Customer team looking at how we scale and adapt our Braze platform for new markets alongside developing strategies to drive growth and trading performance.
As part of a wider new markets team - whilst also having strong ties to the wider marketing and customer team, this is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within Gousto.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver end to end strategy for CRM to enable entry into new markets. Collaborating with wider go to market team to ensure we maximise impact at point of launch
Project manage and execute changes required across key customer touch points and communications in collaboration with legal and technology.
Develop a roadmap of improvements post new market launch to ensure that we drive growth and profitability across customer groups.
Set up local teams for success through robust training in CRM capabilities and onboarding to Gousto.
Collaborate with creative teams to adapt our communications to ensure they fit with new markets and customer groups.
Conduct retrospective post launch and develop future new market playbook so we improve our ability to execute
WHO YOU ARE
Expert in Braze(our campaign management platform) including experience using HTML with a focus on setup and execution of campaigns and canvases using email, push and in app
Experience entering new markets in direct to consumer
Ability to interrogate campaign briefs and interpret campaign requirements.
Good understanding of customer targeting and segmentation techniques.
Great attention to detail and logical thinker with an eye to saving efficiencies.
Team Player with excellent communication.
Good analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret results with a view to continuously improving and leveraging for future activity.
