List-unsubscribe header with preference center page
Our company uses a custom preference center page as our unsubscribe link, so that customers can opt-out of any or all subscription groups (custom preference center created via API: https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/message_building_by_channel/email/preference_center/overview/#step-1-create-a-preference-center-via-api). Multiple messages in a Canvas - together or separate?
Hi everyone, I’m working on a Canvas that triggers both an email and an SMS message at the same time. I set them up as 2 steps - an email and then the SMS, but a colleague suggested I might send both as part of the same step, which I didn't realize could be done. Are there any advantages or disadvantages to having them together or separate? I kind of like seeing the two steps, but was wondering if there are pros and cons of each method. Braze content card not visible via canvas
We are trying to send an SMS with the URL of a webpage containing Content Cards. But when we access the page with incorporated content cards, it's empty and we are not receiving any information regarding the Content Cards or the attributes attached to them. When we check the Content Card in the Canvas dashboard, we are getting the information and we can confirm that the attributes are matched correctly.
